Partnerships
Grand County Journal considers collaborations that are relevant to county geography and useful to readers, with a clear separation between partner material and independent editorial work.
Suitable collaborations
We consider clearly defined educational or cultural collaborations, relevant reader resources and limited placements for partners whose work fits the publication's subject. Proposals should explain the intended audience, format, duration and any requested material. We do not accept arrangements that require undisclosed promotion, control over independent coverage or unsupported claims.
Placement and labelling
Accepted paid or partner-supported placements are labelled where readers encounter them, using plain language that makes the relationship clear. Partner links, when included, are identified as such. Editorial articles remain independently selected and edited; a placement does not guarantee coverage or a favourable view.
Making a proposal
Use the Contact page to outline the organisation or project, the proposed collaboration and the value it offers readers. Include relevant timing and any conditions. We review proposals for fit and clarity, and may decline ideas that do not serve the publication's focus or editorial independence.
